Support Forum : 3rd Tier menus

In preparation for the release of the first beta of Simple:Press Version 4.0, the Support Forum has moved to a new site dedicated to the plugin. This will also be the future home for Simple:Press Forum.


Version 3.1.4 will still be available for download here in the short term.

First let me say your plugins are by far the very best. I cant wait to see what you come up with next :)

With admin menus plugin, I’m having a minor problem. Some other plugins add a thrid tier of menus to the dashboard. when I enable this plugin it hides those menus, but does not show them, making them inaccessible.

If you need one for testing, the one I’m using that causes this problem is Wassup, an online user tracking tool.

Yes - I do know. WordPress 2.4 - due out in January - is planning on introducing a completely re-vamped admin style and I do not know yet if the menus are going to be drastically different. I wil decide then whether to upgrade the plugin or abandon it. Hoepfully the latter! Until then, I am sorry, but I will not be touching it.

Makes total sense. Whatever they do with the admin console I hope they take a look at what you and other plugin authors have done closely. Y’all know what we want :)
