First, I love the AAM plugin and don't understand why it isn't implemented with WP core.
Anyway, there is a small conflict with AAM and Firestats in WP2.5. When Firestats pages are displayed, the menu items on the left side navigation are lost and only the Settings, Plugins and Users remain. I don't know which plugin is the source for correcting this, but I am putting it out here in the hopes that it can be corrected.
AAM and Firestats worked properly with WP 2.3.x

I had been told this by someone else. The problem is that I cannot replicate this at all. I have FireStats 1.4.4 and the menu 2.5.2 running alongside each other with no problem whatsoever.
You are sure you have the 2.5.2 version of the menu yes?

Sorry to say I have no idea how to deal with that. I have talked to Omry (FireStats author) nd he is not doing anything he shouldn't in the way he constructs his menu and it is working just fine for me. Until I can replictae the problem I have no idea how to fix it I'm afraid.
Do Ozh's menus work OK?

I'm experience the same behavior, I just thought it because that I use the beta version of firestats (1.5.2 beta currently).

well I wish I had the same problem because then I could try and fix it. Untl then there isn't really anything constructive that I can do. Sorry.

I did what I probably should have done in the first place, and I deactivated all my plugins then re-activated one at a time.
Turns out the offending plugin is Optimize Database by Roland Rust.

Andy, is this something you would work out with Roland? (I don't know the ettiquette in these situations.)
