Break in plugin when WP is given it’s own directory

I "gave WordPress its own directory while leaving my blog in the root directory" as described here:

http://wordpress.org/support/topic/109264

and Advanced Admin Menus broke. I was definately the CSS at the least, but there were double links, half of which worked (I'm assuming one set was WP and the other AAM). What paths do I need to change to make it work again?

- Thanks for the awesome work!

If you take a look at line 38 in te ohp file. Try changing that from 'home to 'siteurl'… hopefuly that should sort you out.
