When I turn off the advance admin menus. The WP DB backup plugin works. With ad amin menus on it doesn’t….
could it be a javascript conflict?

Now that’s funny, I’ve been using both for quite awhile now with no problems. Perhaps it’s the combination of WP-DB-Backup and yet another plugin causing the problem or perhaps your the version of WordPress you’re running.

I have been told - but do not know how true this is because I have done no checking - that it can also depend on the order in which plugns are loaded. They are, after all, just kept in a serialised array in the options table and one assumes loaded in whatever order that array is stored in.
