Ooops! There is an another bug here, I just copy words from MS Words and paste here then showing as mess as above. What I have said in the above is -

I have found one common bug as usual in many forum scripts that when I use UTF-8 with foreign language in the fields of topic title or forum group, words have cut off. WordPress itself has got noticed that bug and now the title of post allowed enough length for UTF-8 foreign language words. Expecting you would consider this issue in the next release.

It's mainly due to the fact that Simple:Press Forum is a WordPress plugin and uses the WP API extensively. It's also because the internet was developed and instituted by English speaking people who were short-sighted about what they were devlooping.
