I would like to assign only certain pages to categories and have others remain uncategorized. Currently all my pages are being assinged to my default category. When I uncheck all the categories in the edit page dialog and save it the page remains in the default category. Is this supposed to happen or am I doing something wrong? Is there a work around? Either way thanks for the plugin and any assistance you can provide.

This is a WP thing. Having 'tricked' it into allowing categories for pages it now treats them like posts and insists on a category being assigned.
