I have a bit of a problem,

I download, unzip, activate the plugin.

Then created a new page, the categories are showing at the bottom of the page so I select a category and publish the post, all well and good except it does the post does not show up in the Feeds or category views.

 When you go back to manage the page the category is still selected, but when you visited the Page Plus management console you are unable to select anything from the drop down list for select categories and the table below that is empty.

Any ideas, I’ve tried the standard reboot techniques with no succes, Pages seem to be assigned categories at least according to post2cat
