Is there not a way to import a list of addresses (via copy/paste, even) to somewhere so that all 60+ people I know are interested in my blog are automatically on?
Where are the e-mail addresses stored?
Thanks,
Matt

Nothing built into the plugin I’m afraid. All the data s stored in the table ‘punmail’ which needs the post/page id and the emal address.

If I added them all via the database table & put them on a random post ID, when I go to create a new post & check the "Send Notification" box, will everybody get an e-mail about the new post no matter the ID they’re currently subscribed to, or is that box intended only for people who are subscribed to an existing page/pst that I’m currently editing?
I’m sure you’ve answered this question before, and I’m very sorry, but why doesn’t Punmail generally support subscription to the blog in general as opposed to single pages/posts? I really just want an e-mail sent to everyone subscribed to my blog anytme a new blog entry is posted. I know a few other people have plugins like this, but all of them seem to be defunct, whereas yours is actively being worked on. How difficult would it be for Punmail to incorporate this type of functionality?
Thanks so much for all your help!

If you have the option to allow suscriptions to All turned on, when someone subscribes and checks the ‘All’ box it places a zero as the post id. Having subscribed to ‘All’ then the post they actually subscibed to is irrelevent. So you should set the post id to zero.
I suppose that it has never been explicitly coded for ‘everything’ simply because that was not the way it started life. It began as a tool for WP ‘pages’ only and a personal tool for me to allow people to subscribe to notification about plugin updates I have released.
Anyway - try the zero as post id and see what happens!

Thanks so much for your help. Since my last post to you, I found FeedBlitz, which appears to be just what I’m looking for.
I’m now going to check out some of your other plugins further, since I think they will help me solve a couple other desired I have for my site.
Thanks again!!!
