I think that having the links to forum pages in a good seo style (/groupname/forumname/discussionname/ instead of /?forum=1&topic=3&page=1) could be a killer feature …

What I have said many times before is if someone who fully understands url re-writing etc., wants to take this on then I am happy to partner with them.

Unfortunatelly I can’t help in the coding itself, but some time ago I posted a question on how to do a mod-rewrite in the mod-rewrite forum and I got a very detailed answer in a few hours on how it whould look.

Maybe you can try, explaining exactly what variables you have and how you’d like them.
