While author.php can be modified, it doesn't offer rich and significative informations. This lack could be weakened by adding info from the simple forum, expecially when it pumps a lot (ehm..i'm sorry for my english).
Maybe a template function to put in the loop of the authors' pages, or something, to show author post in the forum.
Just a smoked idea?

angelic007,
I have written such a tag for you… unsure if we will be able to get it into the 3.0 release… as written, it will only work with 3.0… if we don't get it in, I can provide the code for user modification to the sf-tags.php file… should know in next few days if we put it in or not…

I have to say I have not tried this yet! Access the 'Get Help' panel in the forum admin menu and look for the template tags help.

Well, It works.
I used the tag inside 'author.php' to produce the list of forums where the user wrote. The list may be quite long, so it would be interesting to group link by Forum, but if it's too difficult or long to implement nevermind.
Thanks for having fulfilled my request!
Alessandro

Alessandro,
I will take a look at it tonight when home from work and let you know the changes to do as you ask… Its up to Andy, but I doubt any such change will make it into the V3 release due to timing…
