In preparation for the release of the first beta of Simple:Press Version 4.0, the Support Forum has moved to a new site dedicated to the plugin. This will also be the future home for Simple:Press Forum.

Hi, I am planning a forum about girls at http://www.letsgogirl.com. I expect this to be big… About 10K members. Will simplepress forum plugin support this size of community? Or should I go for a more traditional forum system??

It should scale fine…  We have some users that have more members than that…  of course, let us know if you have any issues or in general, how it goes…

I have this Q as well, and nice too read that it should “scale fine”.

Are there any exampel of a large site you can give..?

gonna have to dig, but one of the big sites was run by football freak (or something similar)…  multiple thousands of users, hundreds on at any one time…  you can find him in the pm list and drop him a note…
