How do I make my forum links converted into friendly urls? for example the current is http://www.mydomain.com/forum?forum=1&page=1  to http://www.mydomain.com/forum?forum=1&page=name

You can’t. But Version 3, due very soon, introduces ‘pretty permalinks’.
