The sidebar in your site is neat. Just want to know if you have any plugin that I can use and configure. I would like to have pages, categories, recent posts & subscribe as my tabs!

No - it’s a ‘roll your own’. But it uses the ‘tabifier’ javascript which is very easy to set up and use and if you click on the ‘info’ icon at the bottom tag of this page then you will see a link to where it comes from. His instructions on use are very easy to follow.
