Someone's post isn't correctly rendered in http://voss.logicarts.com/forum?forum=2&topic=9&page=1#p9

This is using the 'Black' skin.

Can anyone help please?

I would expect it to look like the other posts in the same forum. Certainly not the way it is!

Ok then. I'm not sure what you are asking of me. Whoever posted it wrote the content in some outside editor and has included all kinds of font and layout information that has been included in the post. And as this is HTML it has displayed it using the original embedded formatting.

It's a pain and it's ugly and I guess your best bet would be to ask them not to do it again.

And… if anyone has a good method or filter that would remove this garbage please send it along….

A lot of folks write posts in MS Word and then paste… bad idea…. very bad idea… alll the MsoNormal tags seem to indicate that here too… Word was developed such that it could “pass” as html with a copy and paste… only it doesnt work that well… folks have the same issue with posts in WP… its just html - not really anything we can do to clean it up…

if you wrote a post by hand and added in all sorts of html tags, you can make a post look pretty much any way you want…
