First of all thank you for your great job. I would like to ask some questions about registiration and sidebars.

my first question is:

can user registiration be dismissed? i am using a plug in which is controlling the new registirations by accepting or dismissing the new account. if you accept the account than a mail send to the new user. if you don't no one can register. But when a user wants to register by the forum, the activation plugin doesn't work. Account mail send automaticly without control. Before my question i changed the visual options of the forum and non registered users can not the see the account or profile or register .. links. i think it is enough for non professional normal users. may i do somefixes for dismissing registiration?

the second question is sidebars:

i am using a theme which has 3 coloumns and beacuse of this forum is seen like a note pad what can i do for this problem? i am using text widget side bars and it has a option; you can select the pages that which widget or widgets you want to publish on which page or pages.  again i changed the options before my questions but my forum was same. It shown in only in a normal page area. what i have to do for fixing this problem?
