Greetings! Great forum plugin here!!
I noticed that you are displaying “recent forum posts” on your homepage. Can you point me in the right direction as to how I might accomplish a similar feat?
Thanks for your help!

There are several template tags available for you to do this… I cant seem to find the location of our readme file currently, but you can take a look at sf-tags.php file in the simple-forum main plugin directory for available ones and details, but look at these routines:
sf_recent_posts_tag
sf_recent_posts_alt_tag
sf_latest_posts
or you can use the announce tag which is actvated via the simple forum options admin page…
let me know if you have any more questions on this…

You need to out the 'announce' calling code tag somewhere as well. The answer really is to read the user guide. Template tags are described in there as you would expect.

Thank you, Mr. Papa and Yellow Swordfish!
I had looked through the documentation a couple of times, but didn't find what I needed. Then, with your urging, I took a closer look and discovered the documentation for the routines you mentioned. I am now moving right along - VRROOOM!

I have got rid of it now. If a post from a Guest followed a post from someone with an image in their signature, the image was 'leaking' across to the guests post…
