it would like to liberate I register in cadastre it my visistantes, but I am not obtaining. I am Brazilian and I do not know English, I am using a translator of google. It helps me!

Are you asking about registrations? To allow registered users only? WordPress > Options > General > Membership - turn registration on.

Manage > Simple Forum > Options > unckeck 'Allow Guests to Post in Public Forums'  to enforce members only.

Is that it? Or am I still wrong Frown

No - in 1.7 the forum user never has to go to a WordPress admin panel. Registration and Login are performed in the forum page itself.
