Hello,

I've tried installing, deleting, reinstalling and upgrading and downloading patches and installing the newer version and everything on my website.

Everything looks fine, except there are no options for register/login/logout and people can only post as guests. Why is this?

The forum is not up right now in any sense. But the website is as follows: http://www.ThisWeekinTime.com

Well - either you don't have registrations turned on in your wordpress site (Options > General) or you don't have the option to display it set in your forum options. Or maybe both.
