hi, i just installed the simple-forum and must say i am quite pleased with it.
i was just woundering how can i install this message box you are using, with the tools that i see above? B for bold, I for italic, so on and so forth… or is that only in the 3.0 beta?

It's the standard editor with all versions. if you are not seeing it check the forum Options > Global tab and esnure you don't have the Quicktags editor checked.

cool, so it worked, I can see the “B” “link” “quote” now the only thing that is missing are the “insert/image” insert embeded media”…
|

That IS the QuickTags editor. You have turned it ON not OFF…..

Are you by any chance running the Google Analyticor Plugin? That will stop the editor appearing and there are probably some other plugins as well.
