Everything installs okay but no page is created. The tables are there, the options are there, but no page under the page list.

I'm using Word Press 2.1 with a theme that includes the header code.

So if you go to Manage > Pages - you don't see the page? And I assume you have the permissions to do so. That's a first! It has been known to get created but not fully but I think this is the first it hasn't been created at all! I wonder of any other plugin is having a knock-on effect..?

Just create a new page. Call it what you want. Do what you want. Note the slug and the ID that gets created for it and then fill in the rleveant two fields in the forum options panel.

Thanks. Yes, I have permission to create and manage pages.

I made a page called forum with the slug forum, entered those details in the options panel. The new page though is blank.

Have you read through the PDF guide which discusses some of the reasons that the forum page can appear to be missing? Perhaps you could check those off first and then let me know if it is stil lthe same…

Got it working. I reinstalled again and activated the plugin. Again, the page wasn't created.

I created a page and this time it worked. I think last time the forum page ID didn't match the page ID, so my error.
