I download simple-forum, copy this into :/wp-content/plugins/ , activate plugin,
copy widget on sidebar.
What I must do still to plugin begin to work?

You must configure the forum for your users.
Вы должны установить форум для ваших потребителей.
Set your blog permalinks as you like.
Установите ваши permalinks blog по мере того как вы любите.
Navigate to the forum management area.
Navigate к зоне управления форума.
Create at least one Group.
Создайте по крайней мере одну группу.
Create at least one Forum.
Создайте по крайней мере один форум.
Save the options.
За исключением вариантов.
Update the forum permalinks.
Уточните permalinks форума.
Done.

I speak conversational Russian.
But I’m Illiterate when it comes to the Cyrilic characters.
I actually speak, read and write in Japanese and Chinese better. (not much)
Korean is another one that I can speak but cant read or write.

Sorry no WF but WP. I Install simple forum in plung in. And i create category, but i can not pos new topic in category, and Simple Forum not apear in wordpress Blog.

categories have nothing to do with the forum plugin so I am unsure what you mean by this. if you do not ’see’ the forum page have you checked the troubleshooting section of the user guide for possible solutions?
