Before getting to the problem can I ask how long you have had this forum installed? This is a 2.1 installation which is about a year old and long replaced with V3 series - 2.1 has not been available for download for a very long time. It has also not been tested on more recent version sof WordPress… at least not by us…

If you say this DID work and now it does NOT work then the obvious question is… what did you change? My guess would be a new or updated plugin…?
