I established a forum for a very special group of members. I don´t want that everybody can login. I want to make sure first that the person who registers belongs to this special group before this person receives the password.

How can I achieve the maximum of security?

Currently all people can register and directly receive their password and can enter the forum.

Of course I can delete the user, but may be you know some better options to grant the maximum of security.

Well this is in two parts really. Creating 'closed group' forums is easy using the permissions system. You chose who can do what and see what. You also have the choice to determine (in the forum options > users tab) which user group new registrants will be placed in.

Seems to me you place them in a group that can not see your special/private forum and promote those that can when you need to.

But you can't stop the pasword going out at this stage. This uses the WP backend system.
