Hi,
I try to use plug-in WP_Multilingual in a sheaf with Simple:Press Forum Version 3.0.3 on Wordpress 2.5.1 engine. A problem is in simultaneously active plug-ins lead to that the blog is not loaded and on the screen appears only an message
“The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
(Button) try again “ How to make it work together?
PS
Sorry for bad english

Personally I do not know this plugin so I am unaware of what it does or how it may impact other plugins. Has anyone out there had experience of this?

I'm not familiar with the plugin, but i have heard this error before… I believe it was after upgrading to WP 2.3. As far as I can remember it was a mod_rewrite issue with the German webhoster Strato. Apparently the plugin is no longer available as Strato seem have corrected the issue, but if you think it might help, I still have it on my desktop and could send

Thank you to all, who wants
to help me!
Thank you Dave, but I think
here is another problem.
I tried to fix that error
(from the first post) and tried to set default permalinks. Now blog opens in
browser as normal, but I can't find a page for the Simple Forum form my
specific languages.
So, the question is - how
could I create a special pages for different specific languages and to set SPF
work with these pages.
Please help if you can

I'm sorry but as I said above I know nothing about this plugin and you have not erxplained what it does. Plus, if I am understanding you correctly you seem to need SPF to work with more than one page and I doubt this is ever going to be possible.

I'm sorry. I'll try to explain what it does.
What is WP_Multilingual? WP_Multilingual is extension that brings WordPress multilingual support. With it's help you can publish more that in one language at a time. Its easy, cheap and simple way to use multilingual advantages of blogging.
How it works? For instance, if the post is in English, and the default language is English, the existing posts would have “en” as the key. Other examples would be de / fr/ ja when German, French and Japanese are the default language. Don’t worry, WP_Multilingual does not touch your existing posts – it just doesn't use the posts table for saving content information.
This information was taken from official web site http://made.com.ua/multilingual/
I'm not sure about it, but I thnik this plugin create a new thread in wordpress table to store translated posts and pages there.
