I am trying to install wordpress on Yahoo small business and once the installation is complete, I login to find out that the system is spewing data which I am unable to decipher. Please find the data as below

[ADMIN: Removed reams and reams of database error statement that al said the same thing. Unable to create table followed by table doesn't exist]

I think if you had spent a couple of minutes reading those statements they made themselves quite clear. The first set told you that you do not have permission to create tables in your database. The second set told you that the table did not exist - which is hardly a surprise as you were  unable to create them in the first place.

Now there used to be this problem on Yahoo Small Merchant system (or something like that) and I do not know if this is the same as you are using but a user who was on this system did send me the following instructions. I do not know if they are still valid but it's all I have got on the subject. if this does not work or does not make sense then you really have to talk to Yahoo as they are the ones imposing this restriction.

1. Go to your Business Control Panel
2. Select the “Create & Update” Tab
3. Select the “MySQL Database” link
4. On the left, under the heading “Database Setup”, select “Install admin tool”
5. After installation of the admin tool, go to
http://www.<yourdomain>/<yourInstallationFolder>/index.php
6. Select “Privileges”
7. Place a checkmark next to the user that has been denied ALTER privileges (in this case, your user
name).
8. Click on the EDIT icon (to the far right, a little man with a pencil)
9. Under the heading “Database-specific privileges”, you will see the database of your wordPress
weblog.
10. To the right, you will see a heading of “Action”, and beneath it, a link called “Edit”.  Click the Edit
link.
11. Place a checkmark next to ALTER
12. Click the GO button
13. Exit the Admin tool (green exit button, upper left corner of screen)
14. Re-run the Install.
