OK - these are your problems on display:

innerpages.css:

      #context table
            margin-bottom:20px

      #content table td
            padding:8px

color-default.css:

      #content table td
            border-right:1px solid #fff;

That last one is loaded twice for some reason so you either need to deal with that or remove that line in two places.

I am unable to help with the toolbar as your forum is not granting guests permission to post. But if the toolbar is just two wide then you can read up how to deal with that in the online help…
