Apologies if this has already been requested, but it would be really helpful to allow each moderator have their own list of unread posts instead of just the admin.  The reason is, the moderators have no easy way of knowing which posts they've actually read and they are the ones responsible for doing the moderating (not me).

I do not believe it has been requested to be honest. It's a tricky area that a lot of users are unsure of so it has been on the cards for a whie that a review of how it works needs to take place. I will most certainly take this on board as I understand your point. No promises (as usual) but it is logged!
