Support Forum : Form wont recognize new site subscribers

In preparation for the release of Simple:Press Version 4.0, the Support Forum has moved to a new site dedicated to the plugin. This will also be the future home for Simple:Press Forum.

Users have to register and pay to subscribe to my site. I use aMember to control this process with wordpress. When a new member signs up, they have access to my site and everything else. However, Simple:Press forum does not see any new members.

Even when I go to the user groups and try to add them manually it says, “No Members to Add”. How can I correct this?

Simple:Press Forum makes use of the WP hooks that are placed in the code for integration. When a new person registers and WP creates a record of them in the 'users' table that action automatically fires a piece of forum code that adds additional information to the forums 'sfmembers' table.

It sounds to me that your 'aMember' plugin is not abiding by the rules are firing these events when it should be. I think your first step is to talk to the author.
