Are we able to configure the full PM to be reflected in the email notification sent to members? I noticed I am able to read the full PM via my mail without logging into the forum (for other forums I belong to).

No, you cant currently do that… It is on the future feature list… not sure if its going to make it in 3.1 though as its about feature frozen…
