Help, I can not be posted back to the Forum…
Display an error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sf_mail_filter_from() (previously declared in /home/silent/public_html/silent/blog/wp-content/plugins/simple-forum/forum/sf-filters.php:18) in /home/silent/public_html/silent/blog/wp-content/plugins/simple-forum/sf-filters.php on line 24

Oh dear. Whenever I see a 'Cannot redeclare' error my heart sinks. This seems to be some sort of problem deep in the bowels of WP that nobody has ever found the reason for. At least this is my understanding and I have also heard this from other plugin authors. Ask on the WP support forum and you never get an answer!
It may ust be a plugin load order thing - i.e., WP needs the plugins loaded in a different order. I am afraid the only way I know of resolving this is to deactivate all plugins and then reactivate them one at a time until the error repeats itself - then we have found the conflict. Leave the forum active - deactivate everything else - try the forum - activate another plugin - try the forum etc. It's a pain but usually works.

Oh my. Even worse then. What WP is telling you is that this function is loaded twice.
Can you give me a link to your forum page?

I did not uninstall Simple: Press Forum but directly to delete. Then upload the new Simple: Press Forum and direct activation. I do not know where the title, but the issue is resolved. If you think it is necessary, I can send you the document, let you know where the problem lies.
Thanks again for your plug-ins: Simple: Press Forum, this is a great plug-in, thank you _ ^ ^

That suggests I may have been correct in post 2 above. By removing and them reactivating it now loads in a different order or position in the plugin list…

Unique solution: Delete then re-install… Have to remember that.
