the query giving you that error is not made by this forum plugin… another plugin or theme is throwing that error…
so, likely a conflict… it has probably done nothing bad to your db, so dont worry there…
If you deactivate the forum plugin, does the error go away? If so, please reactivate it, then delete all your other plugins and see if the forum works… If it does, start reactivating your plugins one by one and checking the forum to see if still works… once it breaks (if it does) we will know the conflict…

is there some way to “deactivate” the simple:forum plugin via FTP (like remove the entire plugin and remove some parts on the mysql database…

odd… the first error (which you didnt report) is from the forum… the second is not… something is definitely amiss…
first thing I would do is trying reuploading the plugin files… perhaps something corrupted during uploading…
if that fails, using ftp, go to your server and the plugins directory… rename the simple-forum directory to something else (mayeb simple-forum-x… this will effectively disable the forum plugin… then see if you can get to your site and/or admin..

thanx,
changing the name effectively deactivated the plugin… pffew thougt i lost a lot of work…
so now i procede by deactivating the other plugins and then trying as you sugested getting the forum up and reactivating them from there on, or should i do some database maintainance first?
and is there a list of incompatible plugins that don't work with simple:forum?
michel
ps. tnx for the help

the db is likely fine… I have tried reuploading the entire spf plugin in case something was corrupted?
If so, it would be interesting to see if there is a conflict… deactivate all the other plugins, rename the spf plugin directory back to simple-forum and activate and install it… let us know what happens…
look in our faq forum here on our support forum for known plugin conflicts…
