Visited that link you supplied and was able to visit the forum the first time. I could not visit the blog however and I know they are the same wordpress install from the permalink.

It seems like you are getting some very heavy CPU usage inside your Wordpress that is dragging your site along and causing the errors you report.

I'd like some more time to take a look at it. Perhaps wp-cache software or some other form of acceleration is in order.

So looking at the database there appears to now be a sfmembers table. I'm guessing that it was supposed to be updated with all my members info, but it wasn't.

Is there a script or something I can run to populate the table?

thanks

It would be better to find out why but that may be impossible.

if you know your way around a database using a tool like phpmyadmin then - open up the WP Options table and look for the key 'sfbuild'. it should have a value of 335. Change the value to 323.

This will cause the system to assume that there is an update needed. Go into admin and load a non-forum opage (dashboard for example). Then click on the forum menu and re-run the upgrade. The only part it will re-run is bullding the members table… unless it can't for any reason.

if your table prefix has more than one underscore in it then 3.1 wont update the table anyway. This was stated on the lugin downalod page. You'll need to grab the 3.1.1 fix upgrade before you try it.

Excellent. Now it would be so nice to know why it didn't do it the first time!

I think it was related to the server being bogged down. Guessing it timed out…
