1. I want to modify which icons are made available in the TinyMCE editor. Where do I make the channges?

2. My WP template has a sidebar and the Nee Post form is too wide for my layout. I checked the CSS (I am using the minimalist skin), but I cannot find there where is the width of the box is being set.

OK. I found where: it is in sf-init.php. It would be nice to be able to set this via the admin interface…

Sure. Your plugin is great as it is!

Now, can you pls let me know where can I change the with of the New Post form?  it is too wide for my layout. I checked the CSS (I am using the minimalist skin), but I cannot find there where  the width of the box is being set.

Thanks,

Its set by the width of the post (WP) content class/ID of your theme and not by SPF…  If its exceeding that width, its probably tinymce and the number of buttons you have as it cant get smaller than displaying those…  search the forums for ways to move some buttons to a second row and it will likely fit…

Assuming your width is no longer determined by the toolbar then in the bottom right of the edit wndow is a grab handle. Click on that and drag it smaller.

I tried removing some buttons from TinyMCE but that did not help. I will check the content class ID of my theme.

This is interesting and may help find out what the problem is:

When I   reply a to post, the width of the box and form is OK. The problem only shows up when I start a new topic. See images attached.

Well - you can try changing the class .sftextarea in your forum skin but I see no reason why you should not be able to drag it smaller. Certainly I can on this site.
