Hi..

This is may be a problem with my theme, but i hope you guys can help me…

On my site, the “Join the forum discussion on this post” link is located on the front page.

In the article itself it's placed nicely on the bottom of the article which are very nice..

It just ignores the <!–more–> option and is still displayed on the front page.

But how do i remove this link from the front page?

Thanks…

That's a good question and I honestly have no idea!

But I will look into it and see if I can find a way around it. Best I can offer at the moment.

Well….
I'm happy with that….

maybe we could resolve this through css??

or just make the text so little on the frontpage with css so you don't see it..

I have searched the WP filters and it looks like they do not cater for this. I would call that a bit of a bug actually but still. it does not look like there is really anything I can do about it. I have logged it and if something changes then it will be done.

Sure, you could hide it with CSS but that will probably hide the one you do want as well.

Ok..

Do you know the style class or style id you refer to?

I don't think you will remove the other one because i can define where certain effects should be visible or not…

but if this text don't have its unique <div class> or you would have to make that first?

No - it is the entire messge including the count. You are probably ignoring the fact that the text is a link.
