Should be a simple CSS fix, but I thought I'd mention it here. When a topic gets more than 20 pages worth of posts, the numbers go to the second row and become misaligned. See the picture here: http://www.2pstart.com/images/2008/alignmentissue.JPG

Yes we know about this. Have you considered setting a lower number of page links?

I'm not sure I follow. I don't see a 'page links' option. All I see is “Number of topic links to show” which is set to 4, “Topics to Display Per Page” which is set to 20, and “Posts to Display Per Page” which is set to 20. I don't think any of these options affect the number of pages for a topic.

You're right! Put it down to lack of sleep and a failing memory.
The CSS display is logged to be dealt with and I have just raised a ticket to add a page link max on posts view. But yes - you should be able to do something with the CSS
