Support Forum : permissions problems

My users weren't writing as many post as usual. So i logged in as a simple user (group: members) and i discovered I couldn't reply to topics!


I didn't change any permission set, the forum is not locked and it is possible to create new topics as specified within permission sets; the only problem seems to be the topic reply.

Infact, even if the capability “reply to topic” is set to “yes” (for mod, members and also guests) the reply link (”quote and reply” too) is not shown. Moderators, too, can't reply even with “Moderator access”; with admin account everything is working.


What's going on? Am I missing something ?


I figured it out today, but it is probable that this issue arised with latest update to 3.0.1

That's great news. It always worries me putting out a release. Just because it worked on my test system….
