I am obviously saddened by the fact that several people had some problems with the initial 3.1 install. It’s one of those cases where, not having an army of testers to call upon coupled with the sheer scope of the plugin, it is too easy to miss some little combination here or sequence of events there….!
So apologies to those effected but hopefully those issues should now be resolved in 3.1.1.
There is an upgrade pack available containing just the changed files which, hopefully, makes the upgrade a little easier.

Hi!
I just want to thank you for this marvellous app.
I'm starting with WordPress and I was in terrible need for a forum integration. I'm a brazilian teacher; I have a small site where I give support to my classes and students; it's really a very small community but I need a forum because I like the structured way data is showed. But I need a forum with wysiwyg capability because my user don't even know what a bbcode is and they find weird to write something in a way and can not see that.
Well, after days of frustating search (and too much install/unistall for my taste) I've found Simple:Press and… Voilá! I'm happy like a kid  Thanks so much.
Since I couldn't find anything about languages, I assume I need make my own translation, right? What file should I edit? If you care for it, I can send you a copy - brazilian portuguese.

I do have a Brazilian Portuguese translator but I do know he is having some family problems and will be a bit late with the file. It is, I believe, about 75% completed. If you would like me to ask him if he would like the help I can do so?

Guys… are working in something to put our emoticons?? I put a lot of that icons in the same directory of the forum, but the forum only show the predeterminate wmoticons. Dont show the news i updated. 
I have a Spanish translate but is for version 2.1… someone have spanish tranaslation for 3.1?? All MP mesages area are not translate. I think is new in this version. 
What i need to do for the guest menber need to put a name and email + count to put one message?

You also have to modify the emotions.html file in the emotions directory… that makes them show in the popup and be selectable…

could you please provide more info? is that a MU install? was this an upgrade or fresh install? what is your mysql version? looks like some tables didnt get installed…
