Hi, i'd like to increase the profil window size by default ( ). Can someone know what file i have to edit?

The call to HighSlide for the popup profile form is in the function 'sf_render_extended_profile_url()' in the file sf-topiccomponents.php.

You can add parameters in the javascript call. Alternatively you can pre-set the height and width during initialisation in sf-startup.php but that wil tend to effect all popups.

To see the list of available options that can be pre-set or passed as parameters then I need to direct you to the HighSlide site and there is a link to this in the 'about' popup in the version bar at the bottom. Check out the full API.
