Hi, I just successfully upgraded from 2.1 to 3.03.

However, after I've clicked on “read unread posts” (I don't know the exact English phrase, for I have a translation) I get a error message displayed on the top of the forum with says: “Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in …/wp-content/plugins/simple-forum/sf-database.php on line 519″

The forum seems to work fine though, but the error message is pretty bothering.

Yes, there were new posts.

+ can you optimize the plugin to work fine with Safari, for the pop-ups won't display when you want to open the smiley-window, html-box, etc.

the pop-up opens, but it stays white

+ when I login with my username the site doesn't show the results, I have to reload the page

+ when I write a new post I always get this error message “OK

The document has moved here.”

Smile Smiley's open up fine for me as do all the other popups. Any version of Safari built on versions of webkit prior to 522 have problems and it is the fault of Safari and the JS engine. But 522 was a long time ago. I am using Safari 3.1.1 without any problem whatsoever… I certainly encounter none of the problems you are reporting.

if your Safari is also up to this version and you are getting these errors I would look towards conflicts with another plugin - in particular their js code.

Now to your database error. I can see no reason for this and am wondering more fi your database upgraded correctly. The error message does not suggest an incomplete database but it is a concern. It actually sounds more like a php version problem but you must be on at least a php 4 series for WP to work! Another possibility is php5. I do not recall at the moment which version it is but one of them is nastily buggy and throws these sorts of errors up regularly…

Does anyone else have any ideas?

Afaik the php version is 4.4.8.

My Safari version is 3.1.1 (5525.18).

Maybe the upgrade to version 3.1 will solve the problems, at least I hope it.
