Hallo,
Ich habe das Simple Forum installiert und soweit alles eingestellt nur es gibt ein Problem und zwar mir wird Der Seitentitel im Browser doppelt angezeigt, nur wieso?
bekomme es nicht geändert, woran könnte es liegen? Im admin modus ist alles normal.

I have installed the Simple forum and to the extent that everything is set there are only a problem in me is the page title in the browser twice, but why?
Get it is not changed, what could be the reason? In admin mode everything is normal.

Where? If you mean the browser title bar then read the upgrade notes that were in the zip file.

but i have once more problem…I will upload a Avatar over the Profile function of the Board but then came an error
AVATAR UPLOAD FEHLER: Datei konnte nicht in das Zielverzeichnis verschoben werden- Profil Eintrag:Profil aktualisiert.

I dont know what error that is because I do not speak German (apologies for that) but have you checked the on-line help on this in the Installation section to see of that answers the problem?

file permissions error… be sure that the wp-content/forum-avitar directory has the propper permissions 775 (and that it exists)

That´s a problem i often read in the german wordpress forum. In most cases the users didnt create a folder called forum-avatars in the wp-content directory. Maybe place a hint in the readme file?

It does warn you during the install and tell you EXACTLY what to do about it….
