Is there a way of making the search/quicklinks bar appear a second time as well? From below everything as well as where it usually is?

What's the best way to do that, should I use hooks or something?

I like the way the forum automatically goes to the bottom, and 

the red writing in the drop down menu to see which posts you've 

not seen, but is there any way of changing where they are?

Ie, could we have another drop down forum menu at the 

bottom of the page as well? Then we don't have to scroll 

up and down pages at all!
