Weird problem using Opera browser

Hey, I like the plugin however I've noticed something weird happening while using Opera 9.5. Whenever I hit the 'enter' button to make a new line, it will move the text down and create the new line above it! Like the Enter function is acting in reverse or something. It works fine using IE7 and FireFox3, which is what I may just end up using instead. It happens on all Simple:Press Forums also, not just my own. Like right now I'm getting the problem. Am I the only one encountering this problem or is there some sort of odd issue with Opera?

'Look below for the result'? I am not sure what you were referring to here.

I only have Opera 9.25 at the moment and then only on a Mac but I am not experiencing any spurious behaviour. As you mention IE then you must be usng Windows and I am reliant on others to test on that platform.

But… I do know that we have other users who use Opera and this does not sound like a problem that has been rsaised before plus the TinyMCE editor (to which I assume you are referring) claims full support for Opera.

Can anyne else using Opera help me out here and let me know if they have any such problems please?

On Prev ver. of Opera (9.50), it does same behavior under Windows XP and Linux (KDE 3.x) too. I'm using 9.52 now, but I'm not sure about that is acting like that again. Because I'm using Firefox when I need to edit or adding something to WP or SPF.

Can't using Opera with WP or SPF, it's very disturbing me :)

Opera has always been very idiosyncratic. Not a browser I particularly like myself. I will try and look to see if Moxie/TinyMCE has any special notes on Opera though…

I amend TinyMCE issue on my site and update my Opera to 9.60. I works fine under WP also forum. :)

Note for Cygnus12: Please disable all of your plug-ins and clean up “/wp-content/cache” folder than enable just SPF and take look editor under SPF.
