Hi,

I was wondering what happens when you delete a user from Wordpress.

Wordpress has an option, while deleting, to credit comments/posts to another user. I'm guessing this is done for the table “post”. What about “sfposts” ???

Reason is, I created a test user and started posting and commenting and adding topics and replying. I wanted to test out moderation and user access to certain private articles and all. Now, I'm looking to remove that test user and have all its posts and forums and comments attributed to the admin user.

hmmm…  unfortunately, that wont work from within SPF… you would have to do this manually in the database…

Currently, if you delete a WP user, all of the posts from that user will show up in the forum as being from a guest…  which frankly, I think is the right choice…

however, in playing with this, I do notice that there are some issues with the inccorect stuff (profile link, email, etc) being incorrect.  I will open up a ticket to get this stuff cleaned up in 3.2.  Thanks for raising the question!
